The specific roles we are currently looking to fill are:
Digital Marketing Strategist
A Digital Marketing Strategist responsible for leading, planning and overseeing execution of ecommerce and digital marketing efforts for clients, in support of their business growth and goals. The role will be focused on driving growth and strategy based on client needs, with particular attention to Paid Social and Search Advertising, Email Marketing, CRO and other strategies to grow traffic, revenue and new customers, with a strong focus on ensuring best practice and innovation are incorporated.
In this role you will:
- Define and execute digital marketing strategy to drive growth for a portfolio of clients, including social, Google and other digital advertising, email and SMS marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Drive an integrated omni-channel marketing approach to specifically increase new customer acquisition, customer frequency, AOV and revenue.
- Guide implementation and optimization to achieve business and revenue goals for Email, Web, Search, and Social Advertising, developing the digital blueprint and tactical campaigns to build long lasting successful campaigns.
- Manage clients’ digital marketing budgets and continuously improve effectiveness and ROAS of investments. Recommend and execute budget modifications based on performance, goals and marketing calendar.
- Maximize returns on marketing platforms through testing, optimization and improving the overall customer experience.
- Report relevant KPIs and and other data to clients on a regular basis, focusing on all aspects of marketing, including website performance, traffic, customer acquisition, monetary figures as well as reporting by marketing platform. Work collaboratively to establish insights, forming actionable, scalable strategies to grow online businesses.
- Understand client customer insights and user behavior across digital channels.
- Lead client marketing calls, helping to define goals and determine marketing strategy, provide detailed progress reports and set plans for next steps.
- Manage every aspect of client relationships while also overseeing all marketing deliverables, making sure to communicate in a way that works best for the client, via email, Slack, Asana, etc.
- Audit branding, organic social and website as needed. Recommend strategies for improvement.
- Identify and evaluate new technology, sales channels, and platforms to drive new business opportunities
- Participate in regular calls with Facebook agency partner managers, as well as account managers, and attend Facebook webinars as available, to stay up to date on the latest changes to Facebook advertising.
- Attend webinars and conferences, read articles and participate in Facebook groups, to stay up to date on the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 2-4 years of equivalent work experience
- Deep experience of the ecommerce environment
- Hands-on experience of marketing channels including Facebook, Google, email. Previous experience with these programs is critical.
- Some knowledge of Shopify, CRO, SEO, SEM is preferred.
- High-energy, highly motivated self-starter, attracted to the opportunity of having significant and measurable impact scaling a variety of businesses
- Tech-savvy and resourceful in a growing company
- Be highly accountable, possess a “can-do” attitude and a strong results orientation

Media buyer
You’ll report to one or more of our ads directors and we’ll look to you for crazy levels of organization as you build and manage ads on social media, search, and video platforms.
You responsibilities may vary slightly from this, but will include at least some of the following:
- Work with strategists to manage and coordinate all things related to client ad accounts.
- Work within your areas of specialty to build out and manage various marketing initiatives. These areas may include Facebook, Instagram, Google search and shopping, display, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Bing, and other emerging platforms.
- Coordinate internally with other team members to work on various tasks related to each project.
- Analyze overall performance of each project and collaborate with client strategists to optimize based on those elements which have the best (or worst) performance.
- Report to internal teams regarding campaign performance and progress.
- Manage day-to-day campaign activity.
- Participate in client calls as needed and help make sure we deliver amazing results.
Email specialist
You’ll report to our email director and we’ll rely on your process-based approach to lead client projects to massive success through the email marketing efforts you manage.
You responsibilities may vary slightly from this, but will include at least some of the following:
- Work with strategists to manage and coordinate all things related to client email efforts.
- Work primarily in Klaviyo (and occasionally other email platforms) to build out and manage campaigns, flows, segments, list hygiene, and more.
- Coordinate internally with other team members to work on various tasks related to each project.
- Analyze overall performance of each project and collaborate with client strategists to optimize based on those elements which have the best (or worst) performance.
- Report to internal teams regarding campaign performance and progress.
- Manage day-to-day email activity.
- Participate in client calls as needed and help make sure we deliver amazing results.
