What commenced as a simple request for graphic updates on their website in 2017 burgeoned into a transformative multi-year partnership between ENVE and GDWN, fundamentally reshaping ENVE's digital presence. Over the years, GDWN has played a pivotal role in the evolution and expansion of ENVE's online platform, ensuring it kept pace with the company's ever-growing needs. As ENVE's business trajectory shifted towards direct-to-consumer operations, the necessity of a robust digital marketing strategy became evident. Collaboratively, ENVE and GDWN conceived and executed a comprehensive digital marketing approach designed to facilitate expansion and diversify the customer base beyond their dealer network. This entailed new customer acquisition initiatives through paid advertising and social media campaigns, enhancing the shopping experience on the website through conversion rate optimization and A/B testing, and implementing a robust retention strategy via Klaviyo. Dynamic flows and targeted campaigns were engineered to not only convert visitors into loyal customers but to keep them engaged through the ENVE Riders Club.
